Emily Holiday

Growing up in the small town of Neeses, South Carolina, in Orangeburg County, music and ministry have always been a part of my life. As the daughter of a pastor, I was raised in church where my faith in Jesus Christ became the foundation of who I am today.
At the age of five, I joined the children’s choir at my home church. What began as a little girl singing praises to God has grown into a lifelong passion for sharing His love, hope, and the message of the Gospel through music.
As I continued to grow in my walk with Christ, I answered God’s call to ministry and was licensed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ on January 5, 2025. Today, I continue to sing and preach wherever the Lord leads, trusting Him to open the doors He desires me to walk through.
Outside of ministry, I have worked as a professional truck driver with Averitt Express since May 2023, traveling throughout the Southeast. My career has taught me that no matter where God places me, every day is another opportunity to represent Him.
One of the things you’ll often hear me say is my personal slogan, “Nervous, But Ready.” I created this phrase as a reminder that although I may feel nervous stepping into something new, I can move forward with confidence because God has already gone before me. It’s a daily expression of my faith and my willingness to say “yes” to whatever He calls me to do.
One of my greatest prayers has always been that God would allow me to tell all nations about Him through singing and preaching—whether to a remnant or to a multitude. My desire is simple: to glorify Jesus Christ, encourage His people, and faithfully share the Gospel wherever He leads.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about my journey. I pray that as you listen to the music, follow the ministry, or invite me to be a part of your special event, you will be encouraged, strengthened, and reminded of God’s faithfulness.
